Final Post and Our Memory Video!

Our Last Class Picture!

So hard to say goodbye to this amazing group of students. We became a classroom family this year and our bonds with one another will continue next year. Room 107 will always be open for students to come and visit anytime. Have a wonderful summer all!

Future Fourth Graders coming soon!

Summer Reading Ideas

Looking for some awesome books to read this summer? Check out some of the Read Alouds and Favorite Books students loved this year. Remember a strong reader always re-reads! :)

Last Day Picnic

Our last day lunch was spent together on a picnic!

The Wild Robot

The Wild Robot

Our last Read Aloud of the year was The Wild Robot by Peter Brown. The kids loved it! We started the sequel, The Wild Robot Escapes, but did not get to finish it! Students this summer will have to rent the book at the library to see how Roz's journey ends. :)

Check out our student-created Robots inspired by Roz!

Follow 3 Modde on Instagram! You have to have an Instagram account because the profile is set to private only.

March and April

March and April were two busy months filled with Spring Break and Science in a Tree!

Our Final Bulletin Board of the School Year: Spring Break Grams. Students created their own Instagram posts and shared their fun adventures with their classmates.

After many rainy days (and even some snow) 3M enjoyed a Soccer Game out in the sunshine.

One of the big highlights of our school year was definitely Science in a Tree. The weather made us have to reschedule several times, but the third time was a charm!

Ordinary People Change The World

In 3M we have spent time studying Expository Texts. We ended our unit with Narrative Nonfiction. We also are working hard to have strong growth mindsets this school year. We decided to combine the two to create inspiring Biography Projects. We hope you enjoy our hard work and believe that you can be a person to change the world!

Sincerely,
Ms. Modde and the kids of 3M

Mrs. Brown stopped by and 3M students rotated through different stations. Using Hexbugs and Ozobots were two of the choices!
